E. sveikata now available for patients via mobile app

From now on, patients will be able to register for doctor appointments more easily and access all information available in the "E. sveikata" (e-health) system. The main system administrator, the Centre of Registers, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the patient community, has developed and introduced the "E. sveikata" mobile application to the public.

Through this app, patients can easily find information regarding past and future medical visits, active referrals, certificates, issued electronic prescriptions, and their entire health history. Additionally, the app allows for quick and convenient appointment registration.

"The 'E. sveikata' mobile app is one of the practical steps toward making healthcare services more accessible and convenient. It should contribute to greater transparency in patient waiting lists and reduce the bureaucratic burden on medical staff. Modernizing 'E. sveikata' is one of our key goals in easing the administrative load for healthcare professionals and simplifying the journey for patients," says Minister of Health Marija Jakubauskienė.

Adrijus Jusas, Director General of the Centre of Registers, states that the mobile app was created to make relevant personal health information even more accessible to patients.

"Until now, we could find primary information about appointments, view e-prescriptions, or register for visits via the patient section on the esveikata.lt portal. From now on, all this information will be even easier to reach—the mobile app was designed to ensure patients can find all relevant information as simply as possible," says A. Jusas, adding that an update to the patient portal itself is also planned in the near future.

He also notes that the mobile app is newly launched and under continuous development, so minor issues may occur initially. Users are encouraged to submit any feedback or suggestions via the contact details provided within the app.

All Your Health Data – In Your Pocket

Using the "E. sveikata" mobile app is simple – just download the free application (search for "esveikata") from the Google Play or App Store. After verifying your identity through one of the authentication methods, you can log in to your patient portal.

Once logged in, patients can register for appointments with family doctors or specialists, view upcoming or past medical visits, check active, used, or expired referrals, and review or download available medical certificates and e-prescriptions.

Additionally, the in-app calendar allows you to track upcoming doctor appointments and scheduled vaccination dates, as well as view history of past visits to healthcare facilities or pharmacies.

The app also provides convenient access to the patient's health history from the last several years, including:

  • Records of doctor visits and medical extracts.
  • Referrals and vaccination records.
  • Laboratory test orders and results.
  • Mandatory health check-up cards, driver’s medical certificates, and child health certificates (both from family doctors and dentists).

The "E. sveikata" mobile app also allows users to easily switch to the profiles of represented persons (children or those managed under power of attorney). Here, you can also authorize another person to manage your profile or update your own contact information.

The "E. sveikata" mobile application was developed by Lexita at the request of the Centre of Registers.
