Electronic Application Management System "EPAVS"
At the request of the Department of National Minorities (TMD), we have created the Electronic Application and Report Management System (EPAVS).
Components of EPAVS
The TMD electronic application and report management system consists of five environments (platforms):
Applicant Environment:
- Application filling, submission, and correction
- Track the progress of application evaluation
- Fill out business, financial, and other reports
Administrator Environment:
- Announcement and administration of competitions
- Assignment of experts
- Ranking of applications
- Monitoring project progress
Expert Environment:
- Application evaluation
- Submission of evaluative expertise
Financial Environment:
- Evaluation of financial reports
- Submission of evaluative expertise
Curator Environment:
- Setting deadlines for business and financial reports for applicants
- Approval of business and financial reports
Detailed Description of Each Environment
Applicant Environment
This environment is intended for applicants and project implementers. Registered users can:
- Fill out and submit applications
- Track the progress of their application evaluation
- Make necessary corrections to their applications
- Receive informational notifications about the progress of their applications/projects
Administrator Environment
In this environment, administrators can create new calls for applications, view submitted applications, communicate with applicants, review application evaluation results, and more.
Key modules in the administrator environment include:
- Applications Module: View received applications, assign evaluators (experts), perform administrative evaluations, approve/reject/send for correction submitted applications, etc.
- Projects Module: Control contracts made with applicants if funding is granted.
- Competitions Module: Create new calls for applications, specify requirements for applicants, and application filling guidelines.
- Reports Module: View or download generated reports based on selected criteria.
Expert/Financial Environment
These two environments are intended for application evaluators who analyze assigned application/project documents. Specialists perform analyses, provide conclusions, assign evaluation scores, and more.
Curator Environment
In this environment, curators can:
- Review and evaluate financial reports
- Set deadlines for report submissions
- Review and evaluate business reports
- Perform other related tasks
