Digital Learning Tool "Technology for Grades 5-10"
Project Overview
By updating the digital learning tool "Technology for Grades 5-10," we contributed to the project "Creation and Implementation of Digital Educational Content" organized by the National Education Agency. The project's goal is to foster self-esteem, respect for others, responsibility, healthy lifestyles, self-improvement, and values among students in grades 5-10. Additionally, it aims to promote students' technological literacy, understanding of business, design creation, and application fundamentals, as well as the development of informational thinking.
Technical Implementation
The digital learning tool highlights five areas of technological education: nutrition, textiles, construction materials, electronics, and design. Each area provides comprehensive information, interactive tasks, practical activities, and both visual and audio materials.
Functional Features
The system employs various interactive tasks designed not only to reinforce theoretical knowledge but also to enhance practical skills. The tool is adapted for individuals with visual impairments by providing audio narration and the ability to adjust font sizes and illustration viewing parameters.
