Extracurricular Activity Attendance Information System
About the System
The extracurricular activity attendance accounting system is designed to simplify and digitize the attendance tracking process for institutions offering non-formal education and sports activities, thereby improving service quality.
Technical Implementation
The system consists of three main modules: Groups, Schedule, and Change Requests. Teachers and trainers can review groups and their information, manage schedules, submit change requests, and monitor attendance.
Functional Features
- Groups Module: Allows viewing of groups and their details, adding students, and marking attendance.
- Schedule Module: Displays all planned activities.
- Change Requests Module: Enables the submission of schedule change requests and tracking their status.
System in Your Hand
In addition to the system, a mobile application was developed, utilizing NFC technology for marking student attendance. If a device does not support NFC, attendance can be marked manually.
Benefits and Goals
The system ensures more efficient use of non-formal children's education funds, improves the tracking of activity participation and facility usage, and enhances overall service quality.
Project Implementation
The system is implemented based on the following:
- Local Government Law: Articles 6(6) and 6(8)
- Education Law of the Republic of Lithuania
- Order by the Minister of Education and Science on the allocation and use of non-formal children's education funds
