Raw Timber Acceptance and Logging Vehicle Photo Documentation Mobile Application
About the Application
The raw timber acceptance (scaling) and logging vehicle photo documentation mobile application was created to assist VMU specialists in managing timber accounting tasks in the forest efficiently. The application addresses challenges related to poor internet connectivity and the need to connect to an internal network, enabling data entry and calculations to be performed on-site.
Technical Implementation
The mobile application allows VMU specialists to carry out all necessary calculations and complete documents without technical difficulties. It also automatically synchronizes entered data with the "Miško skaita" system.
Functional Features
- Data Entry: The application allows easy data entry for timber acceptance and transfer, automatically selecting dates and filling in required fields.
- Scaling Sheets: The ability to create scaling sheets, enter timber quantity, and automatically calculate volumes and log counts.
- Transfer Documentation: During transfer, users can specify the transfer location and time and generate a transfer document.
- Synchronization: Data is synchronized with the "Miško skaita" system for seamless integration.
Benefits and Goals
The application has facilitated the work of timber masters, allowing them to manage timber accounting efficiently regardless of external conditions. The app has increased work efficiency and reduced the likelihood of errors.
