Specialized Internal Communication and Collaboration Solution for the ERC (INTRANET)

We have created and implemented a specialized intranet solution for the Emergency Response Center (ERC) – the ERC Activity Organization and Management Module (ERC AOM).
Challenges Faced by the Client:
The Emergency Response Center consists of 6 operational departments with over 300 employees. The main challenges faced by the client included:

Goals of the ERC AOM:
The ERC AOM was developed to automate the creation of work schedules, enable ERC employees to communicate and collaborate within the internal ERC environment, share relevant activity information, manage internal ERC organizational processes, and more.
