Successful Completion of Electronic Lock Installation and Programming for Bicycle Storage Facilities
On behalf of the municipal company “Susisiekimo paslaugos,” we have implemented a contract for the installation and programming services of electronic locks (hereinafter referred to as "Locks") for bicycle storage facilities.
Project Tasks Completed:
- Preparation and approval of the Lock installation project
- Installation of CE-certified equipment (Locks)
- Creation of the Lock management system
- Integration of Locks with the automatic door mechanism, enabling configuration of operating time
Operational Process of the Electronic Lock for Bicycle Storage:
➊ The bicycle storage user registers at https://mano.vilniustransport.lt/ and adds their Vilniečio card to the account.
➋ The bicycle storage is unlocked with the registered Vilniečio card (by tapping the card on the storage card reader). The reader operates using RFID (radio frequency identification) technology.
➌ Once the bicycle storage is unlocked, the doors open automatically (for a configurable time set in the system).
➍ The user locks the bicycle and exits the storage facility.
