Upon boarding the bus, open bilietas.zaliasisregionas.lt on your mobile phone, tap "Scan," and point your camera at the QR code sticker located inside the bus cabin. The system will automatically deduct one ticket from your account and display a green confirmation screen, which you can show to the driver or inspector.

If scanning fails due to poor lighting or sticker damage, you can manually enter the special 4-5 digit vehicle code written directly below the QR code. Once entered, the ticket will be activated as usual.

Yes, your e-wallet balance or available single tickets can be used for accompanying passengers. Simply scan the same bus QR code as many times as there are passengers traveling with you. Each scan will generate a separate active trip record.
