The permit issuance and service management system fully digitizes the process - from creating a fillable application form, filling out the application, reviewing it and issuing a digital permit. The map functionality allows you to manage specific locations in the municipality intended for trade or service provision (enter location information (name, address, prices, etc.)).
The system pre-determines roles and responsibilities according to which a new application (based on its type or territory (e.g., eldership)) is automatically assigned to a specific responsible employee. The employee receives a notification about the new task assigned to him - a neat and clear card (application) with completed information, which he can accept (approve), return for revision (if data is missing, errors have been made, etc.), reject (if it does not meet the requirements). The entire history of this examination, status changes, are recorded in the system, so the process remains completely transparent and easy to track.
Applicants can precisely mark/select the desired location of trade or service provision on the integrated interactive map. Based on the selected location, its area and duration of activity, the calculator instantly calculates the exact amount of the fee to be paid and provides a link for payment.
A digital permit is generated based on the data from the completed application and a pre-existing template, and is automatically sent to the applicant.
