Resident Survey and Voting System

The system allows administrators to create and publish new surveys for residents quickly and independently, without involving IT specialists. When creating a survey, the following can be configured flexibly:

Core survey parameters — title, sort priority (the order in which the survey is shown among others) and validity period (start and end dates).
A detailed description — use the built-in text editor with full formatting functionality (lists, links, text styles) to explain the purpose and context of the survey clearly to respondents.

A feedback channel — specify the email address of the responsible person that survey participants can contact with questions.

Anti-abuse settings — limit the number of responses allowed from a single IP address, safeguarding the integrity of voting and responses and reducing the risk of duplicate entries.

Pagination settings — control how many questions or elements are shown on one survey page, making longer surveys easier to complete.

Visibility and access control — use two toggles to indicate whether the survey is public (visible to everyone) and whether participation requires authentication through the Electronic Government Gateway (VIISP), ensuring that only identified persons submit responses where this is required.

This module allows residents to directly allocate a portion of municipal funds. Citizens can explore infrastructure, environmental, or cultural projects submitted by their neighbors and securely cast votes for the best ideas to be implemented in the district.

A tool designed for the municipal administration to swiftly deploy various survey formats: from quick single-question polls to complex research questionnaires with conditional logic. The system supports free-text inputs, multiple-choice options, and interactive media evaluations.
