Kaunas Project Application & Funding System

This component allows the administrator to build an individual application form tailored to each call, without involving developers. The builder supports text, numeric, date, selection and file upload fields, and lets you set whether they are mandatory, their order and their interdependencies.

Once logged in, the applicant enters a personal workspace where they submit new applications, follow their evaluation progress and status, and view the contracts concluded with the municipality. The same environment is used during the project implementation stage — periodic reports are submitted there.

Submitted applications pass through internal and external evaluation stages, carried out by the internal and external evaluators assigned to them. Evaluation results, comments and awarded scores are accumulated in the system.

Once a funding decision has been taken, the system makes it possible to prepare and upload contract documents, link them to a specific application and to the order of the director of administration, and integrate with the document management system (DMS).
