Development and implementation of an issuance system for outdoor advertising, trading, and service provision permits in public spaces.

Commissioned by the Prienai District Municipality Administration, a digital issuance system has been developed for managing permits for outdoor advertising, trading, service provision in public spaces, and excavation works. The system allows residents and business entities of the municipality to conveniently submit applications and receive the necessary permits directly online.

Key functions: 

Authentication and Payments via VIISP – users can log in and perform electronic payments.
Permit types: outdoor advertising, trading, service provision, excavation permits, etc.
Map functionality – allows selecting a service location on an interactive map.
Permit issuance management – the municipality can accept, reject, and edit applications, and issue permits.
Event and fair management – the ability to create events, set trading locations, and their pricing.
Form building tool – provides flexibility in generating new application forms.

The system not only simplifies the permit issuance process but also ensures transparency and efficiency between residents and the municipal administration.
