Self-Service Portal for Alytus Municipal Utilities – "Mano Alytus"

By order of the Alytus city municipal utility companies—UAB "Alytaus šilumos tinklai", UAB "Dzūkijos vandenys", and UAB "Alytaus regiono atliekų tvarkymo centras"—a unified customer self-service portal, "Mano Alytus", was developed for more convenient service management.

Users can log in using Smart-ID, mobile signature, or email with a password. Within the portal, users can link contracts with all three companies, declare meter readings, view invoices, and download them in PDF format. If necessary, payments for services can be made directly from the system using the PerlGo solution.

The system also allows users to contact service providers by filling out an inquiry form. The Content Management System (CMS) provides the ability to administer the FAQ section and manage user logins and inquiries.

During the project, integrations with external systems were implemented: authentication via Smart-ID, payments via PerlGo, and API-based data exchange with the databases of all three municipal companies.
