Digital Catalog of the National Construction Information Classifier

A project for the development of the National Construction Information Classifier (NSIK) digital catalog has been implemented, designed to provide construction classification data in a centralized, convenient, and clear manner. The catalog is accessible via the TPS Vartai website and is intended for both specialists and the general public.

The developed Content Management System (CMS) allows for easy administration of the catalog structure—including classification classes, descriptions, synonyms, aspects, and their versions. A catalog version management system has been implemented, allowing users to review, edit, and publish different editions of the classifier based on a selected status.

Users are provided with the ability to download catalog data in three different formats (JSON, Excel, CSV), perform advanced searches, and utilize a BIM/CAD constructor function, which assists in forming and validating classification codes.

The system also includes reverse search by code, feedback and commenting features, and is adapted for accessibility (people with disabilities). All of this has been created to ensure convenient, clear, and accessible presentation of construction information in a modern digital environment.
