Improvement of the Jonava "Electronic Services System"
The Jonava Municipality Electronic Services System allows residents and business entities to conveniently submit documents, including applications, complaints, statements, and more. The implemented modification package has expanded the system's functionality, improved user experience, and ensured integration with external services.
The system enhancements included:
Login Improvements – integration with the State Information Resources Interoperability Platform (VIISP) identity provider, allowing users to log in securely.
Document Administration – developed a mechanism for creating unlimited document templates with the ability to adjust their structure, set mandatory fields, and enter notes or default values.
Application Processing Functionality – implemented within the content management system (CMS), enabling administrators to accept, reject, or further review applications submitted by residents.
Permit Issuance – realized a confirmation and permit issuance mechanism that simplifies process management within the institution.
Multilingual Support – implemented a solution allowing users to select different languages, ensuring broader service accessibility.
Accessibility Solutions – the system design is adapted for people with visual impairments to ensure service accessibility for all users.
Integration Interfaces – the system is linked with the E-Government Gateway, providing a reliable authentication method for users.
