Digital Citizenship Education Tool

The Digital Citizenship Education Tool, commissioned by the National Agency for Education (NŠA), is designed for both schools and independent study at home. It can be used for advancing knowledge and learning, aimed at improving the quality of an inclusive, accessible, and technology-enriched teaching and learning process, as well as the quality of learning assessment. By using this tool, students have the opportunity to access updated learning materials presented in various formats, analyze them, complete tasks, and independently self-assess their achievements.

Teachers can easily integrate the materials and tasks provided in this tool into their lesson plans, adapting them to the needs and abilities of their students. Using the Digital Learning Tool (SMP) on an interactive whiteboard or via a projector, teachers can directly present teaching materials to the entire class, provide additional information, or diversify lesson content with interactive elements. Interactive features allow students to actively participate in the lesson by solving problems and discussing citizenship topics.

A website has been developed for the learning tool, featuring integrated H5P files that allow for the collection of data on student tasks using xAPI technology. This also provides the possibility to transfer the created content to other learning environments if needed.
