Dokdata document management system

Dokdata is a modern document management system designed for efficient document administration, process automation, and accounting integration for companies. The system was created to help organizations centrally manage document flows, optimize internal processes, and reduce the amount of manual work. More than 42,500,000 records have been processed using this system.

One of the key highlights of the project is the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for document recognition. The system uses AI technologies for scanning, recognizing, and automatically extracting data from invoices and other documents. This significantly speeds up the document registration process, reduces the risk of human error, and ensures more efficient information processing.

During the project, core DMS functionality was implemented, including document plan management, workflow administration, and advanced full-text search in document data (FullTextSearch). An administration environment with advanced permission management, a reporting subsystem, and super-user functionality allowing simultaneous access to data from multiple companies were also developed.

The system includes an email subsystem for primary document input and OCR functionality, enabling separate email channels to be connected for each company. Document tree import, metadata copying from the primary company with editing capabilities, as well as template sharing and copying between different companies were also implemented.

The technological foundation of the solution includes Microsoft SQL Server 2022 as the database platform, Ubuntu Server 22.04 LTS as the server environment, and PHP 8.4 as the programming language, ensuring system stability, security, and scalability.
