International data synchronization – a complex mechanism for real-time information exchange with the central European EURES database, automatically publishing vacancies from Lithuanian employers across Europe.
Classification of professional skills – the system utilizes unified ESCO standards, enabling easy recognition and comparison of specialist qualifications across different countries.
Smart self-service environment – intuitive tools for creating professional CVs, automated notifications about suitable job openings, and efficient candidate flow management for employers.
Mobility information resource – an integrated system providing up-to-date information on living and working conditions abroad, social security, and the legal framework for migrating workers.
Adaptability and accessibility – the platform is fully optimized for mobile devices and complies with the strictest GDPR requirements, ensuring a secure user experience.
