Implementation of the Social Work Professionals' Qualification and Certification Information System (SDDKAIS) on a new software platform.

Commissioned by the Department of Social Services Supervision under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, this project involved the modernization and functional expansion of the SDDKAIS system.

The following solutions were implemented:

• Login via VIISP – an identity provider service ensuring convenient and secure user authentication.
• Implementation of Program Approval, Certification, and Competency Development Processes, enabling users to:
  • Submit applications with the required documentation.
  • Preview files within the system (PDF, .docx, PNG, JPG) without downloading them.
  • Edit documents based on feedback and resubmit them.
  • Track the status of submitted applications.
  • Allow experts to verify compliance, select classified values, and provide comments.
• Content Management System (CMS), allowing:
  • Creation and management of new commissions.
  • Assignment of commission members to applications and meetings.
  • Evaluation of applications by filling out assessment forms and providing recommendations.
• Reporting Module – provides the ability to analyze data and generate various reports.
• Integration Interfaces ensuring data exchange with:
  • The State Social Insurance Fund Board (Sodra).
  • The Register of Diplomas, Certificates, and Qualification Documents.
  • The E-Government Gateway (two-way data exchange).
• Data Migration – from the legacy system to the new one, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
