MFA – Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania

A functionality expansion project for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania has been implemented to increase citizen awareness and improve the quality of consular services. The platform serves as the primary information source for travel planning, ensuring rapid access to security data.

Main functions:

Dynamic countries module – a continuously updated database of world nations, including travel recommendations, security levels, visa regimes, and specific entry requirements.

Consular service evaluation system – a specialized subsystem for collecting citizen feedback, enabling systematic analysis of diplomatic mission performance and identification of areas for improvement.

Critical information dissemination – an updated push-notification mechanism allowing travelers to receive real-time updates on security situation changes in their selected regions.

Smart filtering and navigation – a user-friendly interface for instant access to information on vaccinations, emergency contacts, or consular assistance.

Mobile optimization and security – a platform fully adapted for seamless use during travel, ensuring high data protection standards and stable accessibility from anywhere in the world.

Integrations:

MFA Central Content Management System (CMS) – unified data management and automatic synchronization to maintain information relevance across all channels simultaneously.

Notification subscription module – automated delivery of news flows to users based on their selected countries or regions of interest.
