Electronic Management and Integration System for Bicycle Storage

A smart infrastructure management system has been developed, integrated with the "Vilniečio kortelė" (Vilnius Citizen Card) ecosystem. The solution automates the use of storage for bicycles and other vehicles, ensuring secure access and centralized network administration.

Main functions:

Identification via "Vilniečio kortelė" – real-time electronic lock management by recognizing registered users. The system automatically authorizes access, records usage time, and links data to the user's account.

Centralized administration environment – a tool for remote monitoring of the storage network, allowing "white list" management and automated alerts for malfunctions or unauthorized access without additional programming.

User notification module – automated messages to users regarding exceeded storage time, technical issues, or successful authorization.

Operational stability and security – encrypted communication between hardware and the server, along with data buffering mechanisms to ensure system functionality even during temporary connectivity loss.

Analytics and monitoring – collection of factual data on storage occupancy and popularity, helping the company plan infrastructure expansion and evaluate usage statistics.
